KELLY MCCAMMON,
Founder / Chief Executive Officer / Head Coach / Board Chair
Kelly McCammon is the founder and CEO of the Payne Stewart Kids Golf Foundation. A past PGA professional and former CEO of ShortGolf USA, Kelly has trained over 500 golf professionals, PE teachers and park administrators on how to start, teach and retain new learners to the game of golf. He has participated on panels for the National Golf Course Owners Association, LPGA, PGA sections, International Network of Golf, Crittenden, Association of Health and Physical Education, National Recreation and Park Association, YMCA, and numerous sporting related groups.

Cathy Harbin,
PGA Master Professional / PGA Board of Directors / Vice President NGCOA / Course Owner
Cathy Harbin, a Class A member of the PGA of America and a PGA Master Professional, recently was appointed to the board of the Payne Stewart Kids Golf Foundation. Cathy also is a member the PGA Board of Directors as its second only At-Large Director. With over 25 years as an operator in the golf business, including 12 years managing the World Golf Village golf courses, Cathy has perfected training and operational systems that create a consistent world class experience along with sustainable profits. Additionally, she is a member of the LPGA and Vice President of the National Golf Course Owners Association.

Kelly is the founder and visionary for the group. He is responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and strategic relationships. As a PGA golf professional with over 25 years of leadership and golf experience, Kelly is a natural connector with relationships built throughout the country. His knowledge in golf and sport, commercial real estate development, business development and strategic planning for small cap companies bring wide expertise to the organization.
JIMMIE B Strong,
Legal Counsel & Advisory Coach
Jimmie is our legal counsel and advisor in all areas of corporate and non-profit structure including Regulatory Compliance. He is a partner and founder of ESQ Agency, a sports and entertainment agency that represents athletes in the NFL, MLB, and MLS, as well as e-sports stars, screenwriters, directors, and producers. Jimmie’s expertise is a valuable asset to the organization.
CAZ MCCASLIN,
Strategy & Advisory Coach
In the same manner Caz founded upward sports to be the world’s largest Christian sports league for young athletes, he is helping to create a similar model for youth golf. Caz’s 25 years of experience in sports, recreation, youth ministry and executive leadership help to direct our overall strategy and connecting our golf learning experiences with the thousands of churches.

COO/CMO & Development Coach
Dan is an original investor, co-developer and Chief Marketing Officer. He has a unique blend of executive team leadership in consumer products, golf manufacturing, and church ministry. He is responsible for directing and implementing the brand vision; golf learning product development, and all marketing & customer touch point communication strategies.

Stephen is an original investor and financial visionary. He is responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, tax / risk management and professional/personal development of staff. As a military veteran, Steve embraces working with kids and providing opportunities for them to experience life in a different way.

Colby is one of the original team members helping to drive the Payne Stewart Golf Camps vision and strategy. He is responsible for developing and implementing golf camp curriculum, locations partnerships, leader training, and on-going church and college campus programming, partnerships, and recruiting.

Nick manages our sales and customer care experience as he builds relationships with our partners. Wally is a professional golfer driven by faith and love for the game. Since leaving the PGA Tour in 1984 Wally has participated in over 500 teaching and speaking events. Wally is responsible for helping the team focus on effective teaching and training techniques. His connections in the industry also make him the perfect ambassador for fundraising and networking.

April is our go-to person in multiple areas including Human Resources, Administrative support and special projects. She brings positive energy, common sense and organization to any conversation. April’s human resource and administrative experience helps tackle high-priority and time-sensitive projects.
