Jimmy B. Strong,
Legal Counsel & Advisor
Jimmie is our legal counsel and advisor in all areas of corporate and non-profit structure and compliance. He is a partner and founder of ESQ Agency, a sports and entertainment agency that represents athletes in the NFL, MLB, and MLS, as well as eSports stars, screenwriters, directors, and producers.
Jimmie believes that God’s call on his life is to build relationships first, to unlock potential that doesn’t surface in isolation, and second, to give that potential opportunities to change lives, create destinies, and advance the Kingdom.
His resume includes:
Chief Legal Officer of Rosmar USA, Inc. advising the board of directors regarding the company’s legal and regulatory strategy and budget, oversees regulatory compliance with the EPA, FDA, structures company’s major distribution relationships, and manages disputes and litigation.
Owner and operator of The Advisory Incorporated, a private client advisory that provides business strategy, due diligence, and transaction structuring services to investment funds, family offices, emerging companies, higher education institutions, healthcare practices, athletes, entertainers, entrepreneurs, and executives.
Founder and President of Elite Construction Contracting & Design, a construction management company specializing in developing and designing luxury residences and gyms.
Jimmie studied corporate law, intellectual property law, and sports and entertainment law at Harvard Law School, where he earned honors in Advanced Intellectual Property Law, and graduated with more credits in sports and entertainment Law than anyone in the history of Harvard Law School.
Prior to law school he worked as an Analyst in International Trade and Finance at the Library of Congress’ Congressional Research Service n Advocacy Coordinator at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
After law school, Jimmie spent seven years practicing in the corporate finance and securities group of Baker Donelson working with companies on tax structure, fundraising, investment strategies, mergers & acquisitions, IPO, securities compliance and corporate governance.
